Bookings are binding only on reception of a receipt for the payment of a deposit (3 days from receiving confirmation of availability).
After you have made your payment in advance you must send it by fax writing:
- Arrival date
- Guest number
- Kind of accomodation
- Departure date
- Special request
When your booking is confirmed you will receive a voucher (mail or fax confirmation) which you will need to show when you check in to our facilities.
For stays of one or two nights we require a deposit equal to the cost of one night.
For stays of three or more nights we require a deposit of 40% of the total cost of the stay.
*Arrivals: rooms will be available after 4 pm; the house after 5 pm.
*Departures: rooms must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure; the house by 9 am.
*The price per room with Bed and Breakfast includes: breakfast, taxes and service, sheets and towels, daily cleaning.
*The price for the house includes: taxes, water, sheets and final cleaning.
*The price for the house does not include: breakfast, electricity, gas and telephone, daily cleaning.
*Other: small pets are welcome (10 Euro per day). Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
The accommodation must be paid for in full on arriving, with one of the following methods/
* in cash
* by cheque
* by Eurocheque
* Credit cards are not accepted
* A deposit of 400 Euro for the house is payable on arrival, and will be given back on departure after a check of the conditions of the house.
Cancellation Policy
From the date of reservation (including the day after):
* With a stay of three or more nights, if the guest cancels the reservation, the 40% (fortypercent) paid in advance will be held.
* With a stay of one or two nights, if the guest withdrawals the reservation, only the cost of one night will be held.
